The services WW Surveying, Inc provides:

Surveying

Topographic Surveys

A Topographic Survey is an accurate depiction of a site (property, area of land, defined boundary). The purpose is to gather spatial information related to the site (natural and man-made land features). Examples of items included on a topographic survey include location of easements, buildings, walls fences, surface and/or underground utilities, larger landscaping features, adjacent building facades.

ALTA Surveys (Title Insurance Surveys)

An ALTA Survey is often prepared for commercial properties. They show improvements, easements, rights-of-way, and other elements impacting the ownership of land. The survey is specifically designed to satisfy the needs of lenders, corporations and title companies when dealing with valuable commercial properties.

Property and Easement Descriptions

Property and easement descriptions involve researching the historical ownership of the property to locate any granting of property easements.

Mapping

Boundary/Property Surveys

A boundary survey aims to formally establish the extent of a given parcel. This survey comprehensively outlines the extent of the property, and we create a map of the parcel’s new boundaries. New landowners who purchase a parcel from its longtime owner are well-served by a boundary survey that confirms the information on the title deed.

Elevation Certificates (FEMA, Flood)

A FEMA elevation certificate provides elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances, to determine the proper insurance premium rate, or support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA).

Construction

Construction Staking

Construction layout surveys performed to ensure a project is built according to engineering design plans. The Land Surveyor takes an architect’s or engineer’s design and identifies critical points on the parcel to ensure proper construction of buildings, roads, fences and utilities.

Roads and Utilities

Asbuilt Surveys

As-built surveys may be used for commercial or residential properties, and are utilized during the middle of a construction project. The purpose of an as-built survey is to verify to local and state boards that the construction work authorized has been completed according to the same specifications set during the planning stage and shown in the site plan.
